Warranty Terms

Warranty Duration

  • 6 months from the date of installation or 10,000 kilometers of mileage (whichever comes first).
  • Subject to registering vehicle information with the customer club or company representatives.
  • Any issues must be reported within this period for evaluation.

Conditions for Warranty Voidance

  1. Opening the engine without the presence of an authorized company technician.
  2. Engine oil-water mixing during the break-in period.
  3. Using inappropriate or unapproved oil.

Oil Consumption and Maintenance Tips

  • Oil consumption must comply with the vehicle manufacturer’s standards.
  • Claims of abnormal oil consumption will only be reviewed after:
  • A minimum of 5,000 kilometers of operation.
  • One oil change.
  • Inspection by an authorized technician.
  • Oil consumption varies depending on engine conditions, oil type, driving style, and environmental factors.
