  1. Opening the engine without the presence of an authorized company technician.
  2. Engine oil-water mixing during the break-in period.
  3. Using inappropriate or unapproved oil.
Oil Consumption and Maintenance Tips
  • Oil consumption must comply with the vehicle manufacturer’s standards.
  • Claims of abnormal oil consumption will only be reviewed after:
  • A minimum of 5,000 kilometers of operation.
  • One oil change.
