Warranty Duration
- 6 months from the date of installation or 10,000 kilometers of mileage (whichever comes first).
- Subject to registering vehicle information with the customer club or company representatives.
- Any issues must be reported within this period for evaluation.
Conditions for Warranty Voidance
- Opening the engine without the presence of an authorized company technician.
- Engine oil-water mixing during the break-in period.
- Using inappropriate or unapproved oil.
- Oil consumption must comply with the vehicle manufacturer’s standards.
- Claims of abnormal oil consumption will only be reviewed after:
- A minimum of 5,000 kilometers of operation.
- One oil change.
- Inspection by an authorized technician.
- Oil consumption varies depending on engine conditions, oil type, driving style, and environmental factors.
